The story of a man being released from a hospital, and sent to encourage violence to youth throughout New York City. He eventually vacations to Tuscon where he destroys plans for a suburb, and returns home to find that a three young men have helped his wife and daughter clean their apartment. Having seen this, he vacations once more, this time in Hawaii.
