The drop date for Evidence’s Cats and Dogs is near with September 27 just around the weekend’s
turn, and to catch some prep for the release, we caught up with Evidence to spend
a few minutes in New York City to discuss some details of the project.
Aside from digging down on his Santa Fe chicken sandwich and
coffee from Starbucks, Ev shared some words on the details of Cats and Dogs, collaborations, discussed
album leaks, sharing production on the album, and the stress of following up a record like The Weatherman LP.
Here’s the interview, give it a watch, throw up your
thoughts. Cats and Dogs drops
alongside J. Cole’s Cole World: The
Sideline Story, Phonte’s Charity
Starts At Home, 9th Wonder’s The
Wonder Years, and plenty more next Tuesday. Hit the jump to pre-order Cats and Dogs.
