According to RadarOnline.com, Biebs left an L.A. doctor's office with the insect in his hand. It definitely looks fake and no one is really sure as to why he would have something like that. “doctor came to see me this morning for my physical...took some blood. #notfun” Justin later tweeted, providing no explanation for the spider.
Maybe the pediatrician was all out of lollipops?
Justin was last seen presenting the Top 10 on David Letterman, showing his love for Tiffani Thiessan at the MuschMusic Awards and getting attacked outside Macy's in New York City.
