Einhorn Can Buy 60% Share of Mets for $1

David Einhorn is a smart man. He will receive a minimum of one-sixth of the New York Mets franchise if the Wilpons pay him back within three years for his $200 million investment, but if they don't, he has the option to buy a 60% share of the team for just ONE DOLLAR.
