We've seen Sean Bean get cut down by orcs and blown up by James Bond, and now, get stabbed in the arm by a piece of glass. Not quite as thrilling, but this time it's for real.

The 52-year-old actor was at a London bar Sunday night with his lady friend/Playboy model April Summers (real name Nadia Foster) when a passerby reportedly started heckling Summers with lewd comments until Bean confronted the stranger. According to the Daily Mail, the passerby later returned to fight Bean, apparently forgetting that he's the guy who played Agent 006, Odysseus, and, oh yeah, Zeus (it was in Percy Jackson, but still, Zeus).
The unmarried (and quad-divorced) actor suffered a bruised face and cut to the arm during the fight but you should see the other guy. Dead in a ditch somewhere. Actually, the stranger's fate is missing from all the reports, but have you seen Sean Bean? He looks like he's killed a man before, and for real. And get this: the actor turned down medical assistance and a trip to the hospital in exchange for the bar's first aid kit and another drink.
I'm going to go out on a limb here, but I think Sean Bean could actually do all his own stunts, including in HBO's Game of Thrones where he plays Ned Stark and gets stabbed through the leg with a spear. That man is my hero.
