How much do you guys love StarCraft II? Personally, I love it enough to say "En taro Tassadar!" when I greet people over the phone. I love it enough to think to myself, while waiting for the subway or in line for a sandwich, whether or not I'm really living for the Swarm, or just...you know...near the Swarm. But I'm not sure I love it enough to meticulously construct amazing papercraft renditions of in-game units to glorify Blizzard's strategic creation.
Someone does, though. And that someone is named Constable.

Constable is an SCII fan from Korea, where Blizzard's RTS series has captured the public's imagination more than it has in any other country on Earth. With StarCraft cyberathletes in Korea enjoying the status of professional football and baseball players here in the States and multiple TV networks broadcasting live streams and replays of important games, StarCraft might be considered a sport over in Korea. If so, then Constable's a super fan--his original art brings out the best in Blizzard's designs, lending a tactile three-dimensional feel to the pixelated vehicles. Have a look:
A Banshee. (He's also got a pic of the stealthed Banshee, but it's not nearly as impressive. Unless you're standing near a Missile Turret.)
Siege Tank in Siege Mode. Also known as the bane of my existence.
Kicking it old-school with the Wraith.
Heck yeah, Protoss Immortal.
These are beyond awesome; you can see more of the artist's work at his website, Poppaper. It's in Korean, but even if you don't know the language, the images are worth it. There are some wire-frame pictures and progress shots that demand an earnest viewing, allowing fans to see how Constable made these stunning tributes to the beloved RTS.
