I recall decorating the Christmas tree at my schools as well as my church as a young child. Upon completion, we would wrap and place empty boxes underneath the tree(s) to complete the decorations. So many times I thought, "what's the point?" Even bad kids received lumps of coal. But some poor child somewhere would have to find this empty box.God is so loving that He has given each of us a gift. And there are no empty boxes from God. Regardless of our past... Despite the fact that we can never earn His gifts... We each get a spiritual gift. It is our responsibility to discover and learn to use the gifts with which we have been blessed. Now that we know better... We will do better!
