If you were thinking Kate Middleton would be walking down the aisle in a Vivienne Westwood exclusive, well then, think again.
The 69-year-old designer, who dressed all the ‘punks; in the ‘70s, isn’t into dressing the princesses of 2011 – at least for now that is.
“I would have loved to have dressed Kate Middleton but I have to wait until she kind of catches up a bit somewhere with style,” Westwood said as she prepared for her show at London’s Fashion Week. Ouch!
But Westwood has a point:
“When people ask me where she’s going to get the dress from – she’s definitely not going to get it from me, or I would have heard.”
It’s cool though, we doubt prim and proper Middleton would’ve been into an obnoxiously cut wedding dress. And not every future queen wants her crown made of tangled hair.
