Sources say Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens may be rekindling their romance after he was seen pulling into her driveway yesterday.

They could be getting back together, or, maybe they're just "hanging out." She did say that they "were good" and the split was amicable. Mhm...

The couple met on set of High School Musical and dated for five years before breaking up a week before Christmas.
