As if the self-inflicted plague of personal controversy wasn't enough, Wikileaks founder and antics mastermind Julian Assange felt it would be best to parody himself via rapping in a viral video that is growing throughout the Internet in the fashion and pace of Kirstie Alley's weight gain.
Featured on the popular Australian poly-satire show "Rap News," Assange throws a few fitting bars to match the theme of the episode entitled "News World Order: War On Journalism." As I mentioned, the clip, which was filmed before Assange's release of the bounty of classified files, etcetera, etcetera, has been steadily increasing in the manner of Lindsay Lohan's self-degradation, having already raked in 400,000 views.
"Rap News" is based out of Melbourne, and is produced by English teacher Hugo Farrant and University researcher Giordano Nanni. Farrant said that "He [Assange] was full of creative ideas for how to act and time the entrance, and he really enjoyed lampooning his own image."
