Photographer and graphic designer Erin Hanson started the website Recovering Lazyholic to, in her words, "keep me from not doing." And she's been busy--her latest collection, Need to Want Less, crisply shows the disparities between all the material goods we believe we so desperately require, and what could just as easily satisfy us.

What's most impressive about these is that they don't try to take a stance against technology or capitalism; that doesn't seem to be Hanson's intent. Rather, she celebrates moderation; and the combination of simple images and words peels back the layers around, say, an iPod or an idealized heart.
Believe it or not, there are even more at the site--which one of these most speaks to you?
