It looks like Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama are officially back on! The two spent Valentine's Day together, and a source reveals to Us Weekly that the two were definitely acting like a couple once again.

"They ordered almost everything on the menu, but they didn't touch it for at least an hour. They stared into each other's eyes the whole time," the source reveals. Demi and Wilmer decided to head to Takami Sushi & Robata Restaurant in downtown L.A. for the big night.
But what's more surprising, is that people are just starting to realize that the two are picking up what they left off back in 2010. Besides Valentine's Day, here's two other reasons why the duo have probably been secretly dating for a lot longer:
1. The two were spotted together in September 2012 trying to escape photographers near their car.
2. Both Demi and Wilmer took a candid photo with X Factor contestant Paige Thomas in November 2012.
