February 10 is closer than you think, so we're onto the next one with another round of Ology 2013 GRAMMY predictions: our picks for which bands, artists, albums and songs will win, should win and "what the hell, dude?" should've been nominated.
Today's Category:
Best R&B Album
The Nominees:
Black Radio – Robert Glasper Experiment
Back To Love – Anthony Hamilton
Write Me Back – R. Kelly
Beautiful Surprise – Tamia
Open Invitation - Tyrese
Will Win:

Open Invitation - Tyrese
Should Win:

Black Radio – Robert Glasper Experiment
Should've Been Nominated:

channel ORANGE – Frank Ocean
(This year's GRAMMY Awards will feature a new category, Best Urban Contemporary Album, in which Miguel's Kaleidoscope Dream, Chris Brown's Fortune and Frank's channel ORANGE are all nominated. Maybe I'm just an idiot, but I can't fathom the difference between "R&B" and "Urban Contemporary" in this instance… couldn't Frank and Miguel be nominated here instead? Sorry, end gripe.)
