File it under "Gee, you think?" but in Thom Yorke's new cover interview with Dazed & Confused (the same interview which produced yesterday's pretty great mix of unreleased music… see below), the Radiohead and Atoms For Peace frontman makes explicitly clear where he stands re: bankers and prime ministers enjoying and/or using his music.

Says Yorke (via The Quietus):
"I can’t say I love the idea of a banker liking our music, or [U.K. Prime Minister] David Cameron. I can’t believe he'd like King of Limbs much. But I also equally think, who cares?"
"As long as he doesn’t use it for his election campaigns, I don’t care. I’d sue the living shit out of him if he did."
To be fair, I can't really believe I liked King of Limbs much either… but more importantly, I don't think that Thom Yorke realizes that his music (albeit great and life-enhancing to you and I) isn't the sort of fare that would get any politician elected. Can you really imagine "My name is David Cameron and I approve this message" with any Radiohead song playing in the background? I think you're safe for the time being, Thom.
