Twenty three-year-old celebrity train wreck Heidi Montag has set her sights on younger man Justin Bieber. The Hills star, famous for her plastic surgery and newly-terminated relationship with Spencer Pratt, sent out the following tweet last night:

Perhaps all the hair bleach has taken a toll on Heidi's logic capabilities but the Canadian pop star is only 16 which is definitely not legal. It was bad enough when the Twittosphere was aflame with the Biebs and Kim Kardashian's flirting, but now this is really gross. Although Montag is six years younger than KK, her hitting on Justin is much scarier because I think she's strange (AKA attention-hungry) enough to actually go for it. Well, maybe Bieber's legions of tween fans will step in and save the boy wonder from the grasps of the blonde bimbo.
