It looks like Erin Moran has seen some happier days.
The 51-year-old actress, who rose to fame as Joanie Cunningham on the sitcoms Happy Days and its spinoff, Joanie Loves Chachi, is allegedly homeless – and living in a motel.

After being evicted from their California home in June, Moran and her husband Steve Fleischmann reportedly moved in with Fleiscmann’s mother, who lives in a trailer park in Indiana. According to RadarOnline, Moran’s mother-in-law grew tired of the actress’s partying and forced the couple to leave.
RadarOnline reports that Moran and Fleischmann are now staying in a Holiday Inn Express in Corydon, Indiana, where she allegedly partied in the parking lot with a group of guests.
"She was real goofy and silly acting," one eyewitness told the website. "She said she was heading over to the bar for a tequila shot, but actually stayed with us instead and hung out for the next three or four hours outside in the grass."
During that time period, according to the source, Moran discussed her role on Happy Days, as well as her financial troubles, home life, and belief in God. The '70s star also posed for a picture on the hood of a car.
"It was a very different night, that’s for sure!" said the source.
