What's inspiring about many stars in the spotlight is that they use their Hollywood stepping stool to get great and meaningful campaigns out there to the public. Just like entertainers like Justin Bieber and Jordin Sparks, The Jonas Brothers are very big on no texting while driving and have promoted about the dangerous activity before to their fans. Whether it be in PSAs or throwing out a baseball in order to spread awareness, Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas have made it a priority to get the word out while putting down the cell phone themselves.
"Like most people, we've been guilty," Kevin said during a baseball game in Sept. 2010. "But we want to make sure we stop--along with everybody else. If worse comes to worst, just pull over." The group took their message out to the ballfield for several games thanks to "X the TXT." In one game in Palm Beach, Fla., the guys went out to the diamond to promote the cause while fans of the group cut school just to see them in action.
"My kids will be driving soon," said Wellington resident Chris Koch to The Palm Beach Post at the time. "I admire the Jonas Brothers for promoting this message." Another fan, Shauni Garner, 18, adding, "It's what they do outside of music that is so important."
