LeAnn Rimes certainly surprised fans with her seemingly sudden decision to enter treatment for anxiety and stress on August 29, the day after she turned 30. At the time, her rep told People that the country singer was there "to learn and develop coping mechanisms."

But could the source of Rimes' stress be husband Eddie Cibrian?
"LeAnn has had major insecurity issues since she first got together with Eddie," a source tells Us Weekly. "She's been stressed about always being called a home-wrecker and also worried that Eddie is cheating on her. She's been on a downward spiral."
Rimes and Cibrian met on the set of their 2009 Lifetime movie, Northern Lights. The two began a romantic affair, though they were each married to different people at the time. (Rimes was married to chef Dean Sheremet, and Cibrian was married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville.)
Glanville spoke out about Rimes' decision to seek help, telling Us Weekly, "I totally support LeAnn's decision to enter rehab – my top priority is my children, and at the end of the day we are a family. LeAnn is their stepmom, and they love her. I am wishing her all the best and I hope she will find what she is looking for while in rehab."
And Rimes already appears to be on the mend. "She's already feeling better, stronger," a pal tells People.
