Kim Kardashian Will Not Be Getting A Star On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame

Kim Kardashian recently mused to V Magazine what it would be like to have a star on the Walk of Fame on Hollywood Boulevard. Though she told the magazine that she was aware of the restrictions, she noted that she "would love to break that mold."

However, a representative for the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce claims that the reality star is ineligible to receive a star on the famed street. "Part of criteria in being honored is receiving awards such as Emmy's, SAG Awards, Oscars, etc. in the category of Performance or Motion Pictures," the rep tells the Hollywood Reporter. "They have to have a career in the business of acting for five years or more."

Kardashian, whose acting credentials are limited to a guest role on Drop Dead Diva and a part in Tyler Perry's The Marriage Counselor, has never been nominated for an award.

Adds the rep: "Can't really say if reality stars will ever be eligible. Not on our radar right now."
