Cat Power Vows To "Leave America" In Bizarre Instagram Rant
No judgments or thoughts, really, but yes, Cat Power's Chan Marshall did post a truly bizarre rant on the official Cat Power Instagram account yesterday, promising to "leave America" due to the "powers that be" "[raping] this earth with its lies, protection of wealth, and vicious slayings."

Manchester trio I Am Kloot—John Bramwell (vocals/guitar), Andy Hargreaves (drums) and Pete Jobson (guitar/bass).
Sounds Like:
Brisk, warm, late autumn alternative pop/rock boasting spry, lo-key drumming, layers of brittle guitars and Bramwell's gently raw vocals. An accomplished gig promoter, Bramwell recruited Andy and Pete in 1999, releasing the debut single "Titanic" b/w "To You" just a week after their first show together. The band signed to Wall Of Sound label We Love You in 2001, releasing their full-length debut Natural History later that year—their self-titled second album (produced by Ian Broudie) dropped in 2003, followed by Gods And Monsters in 2005 and I Am Kloot Play Moolah Rouge in 2008. Their latest album, 2010's Sky At Night, was produced by Craig Potter and none other than Elbow frontman Guy Garvey.
