Here's the million dollar question about Ryan Lochte: is he as dumb as he appears to be, or is he actually far more self-aware than we realize, playing his coy stupidity into shameless self-promotion?
Here's a bit of evidence for the latter: after making waves last week for admitting that he pees in the pool, and that he filled the London Olympic pools with his urine, he's made a cheeky Funny Or Die video about his practice of peeing in the pool.
"The way I see it, the pool is the biggest and most expensive toilet, and it's all mine." Lochte says in the video. "That's the only time I allow myself to pee... I hold it in until I get to the pool. If I see a toilet, I'm definitely not peeing there."

Lochte even goes so far as to encourage children to pee in the pool which, 1.) they already do all the time, and 2.) is a really dangerous encouragement to give to the youngsters, because in the rare case that someone finds out about one of the kids peeing in the pool, they go and make everyone get out.
To his credit, however, Lochte makes it very clear that under no circumstance should you poop in the pool.
