Amber Portwood is not liking jail one bit.
According to OK!, the 21-year-old Teen Mom star is a complete mess behind bars and wishes she chose to stay in rehab. "Amber is very depressed," her brother Shawn told the magazine. "She realizes now that she made a bad decision by going to jail. She misses her family and feels guilty about all of the things she did to hurt them."
Well, what did she expect? She chose a 5-year prison sentence over a treatment facility. Come on now. At the very least, let's hope she's learning something in there.
Amber calls home to talk to on-and-off boyfriend Gary and her daughter, but she's missing out on watching her grow up. "Amber calls him collect every day so she can talk to Leah," Shawn added. "She tries not to cry on the phone."
