While we all knew "America" was going to vote the judges back in the game, I had no idea this would completely reset everything and spare both Frank and Joe from the block. Hmph.
If anything, last night's Big Brother just reminded us that production runs this game. They are going to do anything and everything they can to get ratings. They didn't want good guy Frank to leave, plain and simple. And while I love Frank, he can easily win this game so it's no surprise he was a target. Joe's loud mouth needs to go, but whatever.
Meanwhile, Shane's Head of Household was completely pointless. Only he didn't throw a hissy fit like Chima did back on BB11. Remember that? Since Shane's HOH reign did nothing but expose his intentions to get rid of Frank and break their pact, he was eligible to compete in this week's HOH competition. Thankfully.
I know I'm in the minority here, but I really do like Shane. I think he's a decent guy and even though I wish he honored his loyalty to Frank, I can't blame him for trying to make a power move. I also like Frank. And of course, Janelle. She's my favorite player of all time. Meanwhile, Dan has my vote as the best player to ever play the game. That's just where I'm at. I don't necessarily want to see a vet win, but I still gotta root for 'em just a little bit.
As most of us guessed, the HOH competition this week turned out to be an endurance challenge. And according to the feeds, Danielle won! I'll just let that linger for a second. Danielle. Won.
I'm not her biggest fan (like, at all), but if it means she'll keep Dan and Shane safe, I might be OK with it. At this point, I'm not sure what her intentions are, but we all know she can't make her own decisions. She'll be doing whatever the boys tell her to do as she pines after Shane. The whole thing is sad to watch.
