Miley Cyrus' mom has pulled the plug on her marriage. According to TMZ, Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce from Billy Ray two years after Ray dropped his divorce filing in March 2011.  But it gets worse. It looks like Miley's relationship with her father is strained. "Billy Ray Cyrus, since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?" the 20-year-old singer tweeted Ray Thursday.  The court papers cite "irreconcilable differences" and Tish is asking for full physical and legal custody of their child, Noah. "You go to the hospital when you're about to die, right?" says a trusty editor over here at the Ology office. Which makes one wonder, why was Christina Aguilera going for just a small "checkup" at Sherman Oaks Medical Center on July 24 in Sherman Oaks, Calif? Plus, do all ladies need to go for a visit with their beau? We call baby news, people!

Aguilera, 31, visited the hospital with boyfriend Matthew Rutler last week and photographers snapped the two leaving the facility soon after. The Voice mentor was seen wearing a pink sweatshirt while holding papers near her stomach.

The couple's been dating since December 2010, so a pregnancy wouldn't be out of the question. She'll just be a very busy girl keeping up with the third season of her NBC hit while releasing her latest single this August.
