Looks like Miguel's performance Sunday night at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas will be remembered for years to come. Toward the end of his performance, Miguel decided to legit jump over an entire group of people in the crowd, completely kicking a girl in the face with his left foot and almost decapitating another with his right. But it is totally okay, you guys. He totally was just in the moment and got way into the music there. What's worse is that the audience behind him continued to keep singing with him! A blonde--who he probably thought was the victim--seemed to help out her friend(?) briefly until the musician grabbed her and swayed while smiling along like everything was grand. There are plenty of stories stemming from last night's extravagant 2013 Billboard Music Awards—Miguel and the now-infamous drop kick, Taylor Swift's monstrous eight-trophy night (including being the evening's pick for Artist of the Year) and Justin Bieber getting booed, but it's all overshadowing the night's most crucial element: the fashion! Sheryl Crow Files Request For Restraining Order Against Crazed Fan

Sheryl Crow recently filed a request for a restraining order against 45-year-old Phillip Gordon Sparks, a fan whom she claims threatened to shoot her. The restraining order request requires that Sparks stay, at minimum, 100 yards away from herself, members of her family (including her two sons, their nanny, and her parents and siblings), as well as her managers and assistant.

According to the filing, Sparks attempted to contact Crow through Facebook, claiming that the singer had "stolen money from him," tried to steal a gun from his house, and attempted to "have him arrested." Crow vehemently denies Sparks' claims, and writes in the filing that Sparks' "posts were delusional ramblings, filled with profanity and laced with angry rants."

Crow’s request is currently awaiting ruling by a judge.
