Because there’s never not a good time to make fun of self-important hipsters trying to make it on their own with their parents' money, Wolf Blitzer’s son Bear (as he should forever be known) has directed a spoof of the hit HBO comedy Girls titled (you guessed it) Boys: a sensational comedy about a group of hip, trendy, twenty-something males living it up in Los Angeles, living in swank apartments, smoking weed, getting laid—and somehow finding the time to bitch about it. If Girls was a statement for young women living in our modern society, then Boys will surely prove to be just as culturally relevant and timeless. Just because us males can dress stylishly and live on the work of our "totally awesome" unpaid internships doesn’t mean we don’t have problems too!
Though seriously, someone should tell these guys that they already made a parody of Girls—it was called Entourage. Thoughts? Comment!
