Taylor Swift is known for writing personal songs about her life. Usually these songs are about boys and growing up, but this time her lyrics will be telling a different story.
After 25 years of marriage, Taylor’s parents, Andrea and Scott, have separated. Poor Taylor! According to an insider, Taylor’s parents split a while back but were keeping their marital problems out of the spotlight.

When Taylor was recently asked about the lyrics from her upcoming album she replied, "They’re sad, if I’m being honest." Taylor definitely used this part of her life to write amazing and inspirational songs.
In an interview with Vogue, Taylor alludes to a recent heartbreak. "There’s just been this earth shattering, not recent, but absolute crash-and-burn heartbreak and that will turn out to be what the next album is about."
