so.. i'm in the office at work doing my check out from the morning, about to leave.. the phone rings... i answer... lady says "yes, can you tell me how much the tilapia Fish is"... "Sure, let me go up front and get that for ya. hold please."
she holds... i come back..
"$10.99" i say
"and that is for the Tilapia Fish, Craw fish, and shrimp combo?" -she says..
"ma'am, we don't have craw fish."
"isn't this chili's?"
"yes ma'am, but we don't have craw fish."
"yes you do, its the one with the Tilapia fish, shrimp, and crawfish!" she starts getting irrate and mind you, she pronounces shrimp, "scrimp"
"nope, no craw fish ma'am."
"what is your name again?"
"misty"
"well misty, how long have you worked at chili's?"
"10 years ma'am"
"well i've been ordering that for 3 years and you must have slept through some training or something because i know you have it."
"no ma'am, still no craw fish"
"well misty i'm just gonna have to come up there and see what this Tilapia fish is all about, and i'll make sure i tell the manager how rude you were to me."
"all right ma'am, you have a nice day.."

1. what a fucking idiot!
2.STOP SAYING TILAPIA FISH! WE KNOW ITS A FISH, ITS NOT LIKE YOU SAY DOLPHIN FISH OR SWORDFISH FISH!
3. Its pronounced SHRIMP! not SCRIMP.. there is no C in that word.. and there never will be bitch!
4. i do realize that some of my formative years at chili's, were under the influence, but for Christ sakes, i'm not a fucking idiot.. if i can still tell you what was on the menu in 1998, i think i know that craw fish wasn't on it!
