So, it's a Friday morning of last week. I answer the phone at 10:25 am and a man says....
"Oh awesome you guys are open!"
"technically sir, we don't open until 11 am"
"So why did you answer the phone if you're not open?"
"Sir, some opening employees have to be at work early so that we can prep for the day"
"So you're open for breakfast then?"
"No sir, we open at 11 o'clock."
"So you're in between breakfast and lunch right now?"
"Sir, the doors of the store open at 11 am, we are not open right now at all."
"So, why did you answer the phone honey?"
I take a deep breath and then hear him say. "OH! You guys open at 11!"
"Yes sir."
"So you don't have breakfast?!"
"NO!"
"Oh ok.. I'll go get breakfast at another Chili's."
