Just hours after getting pulled over for speeding in Los Angeles, the singer was caught locking lips with a mystery brunette, who is unfortunately not girlfriend Selena Gomez! With all of the rumors circulating that the teen couple’s relationship is on the rocks, this photo definitely doesn’t help.

Before everyone starts freaking out, we should probably clear up the fact that Justin was on the set of his new music video for "As Long As You Love Me." Even though the kiss was strictly professional (we think?), there’s no denying that a photo like this might make Selena a little bit jealous.
