Gabriel commented on Giancarlo Stanton Monster Homerun Sunday Versus the Cubs:
“Amazing home run. Few players in baseball can hit that ball so hard and far. Can't wait for Stanton to earn freedom from the glorified AAA team Marlins and play for a real MLB club.”
No reason to belabor the point, you guys. We all hate Chris Berman. Especially during the Home Run Derby (unless you're an ESPN blogger, that is). So what are we going to do, sit here and whine and complain and snark about it? No, that's what last night was for. Today is a day for solutions.
Just imagine, for a moment, a world that is Chris Berman-free. Do you hear that? If you're imagining correctly, what you should be hearing right now is the sweet sound of silence.
But in our new Berman-free world, we need a new sacrificial lamb to work the Home Run Derby. Finding a new replacement shouldn't be too hard, because we've got nowhere to go but up, so here are ten candidates to take over Derby duties for Berman.

On this list, I like Lawyerin Joe, Mike Tyson and Dick Cheney. You forgot to add Steve Jobs and Paul Newman. How about Carlos Baerga? That would be incomprehensible/fun.
