If you've yet to be acquainted with the Juggalo subset that has derived from the Insane Clown Posse and their associates, then you're probably either busy listening to Jimmy Sturr's A Polka Just For Me on repeat in nowhere Ryegate, Montana (this is just a statement on the nature of distance that comes with small town seclusion, not a diss on polka), or keeping your eyes away from the bizarre, because the horde, which the FBI now classifies as a major transcontinental gang network, is one of the most prominent "cults" in music culture.
I saw the word cult because ICP fans are pretty much loathed and mocked by everyone except themselves, though this seems to be the deal that started the whole bondage. I could yaw on about it, but really don't care to; watch director Sean Dunne's American Juggalo documentary below if you're looking for some education on the matter. Or a laugh.
