Don't think that Adele is just getting proposed to because she's pregnant! The stunning singer is said to be close to an engagement after recently announcing that she and boyfriend Simon Konecki are expecting their first child together. "He was planning to propose anyway!" a source tells Us Weekly. She "wants a low-key affair where her mother gives her away."

On Friday, Adele announced to her adoring fans the exciting news. "I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together," she wrote on her personal blog. "I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx."
Now with her soon-to-be baby bump, she'll have an engagement ring to match! But will they get married before the baby comes? None of that has been revealed just yet.
But really, the better question is, who will sing at the wedding? After all, no one is better than Adele herself.
