A time-honored tradition among soccer fans (time-honored in the last seven years or so) is looking at highlight videos on YouTube. It's a great way to kill time and remind oneself of the glory days come and gone for players like Ronaldinho, who had a brief but majestic peak, or to keep the buzz of a major tournament going after the final has been played.
The latter goal is the one we're going for today. After Spain annihilated Italy, 4-0, in the Euro 2012 final, I was left with an empty feeling in my soul, a void that can be filled with Top Ten videos. So I searched YouTube, hoping that at least a few Eastern Europeans had stayed up all night compiling best goal mashups set to electronic music. I wasn't disappointed.
Of course, I assume that the below videos were made by Eastern Europeans, because, duh, who else would have made them? Anywho, more substance to come on Spain's historic win, but for now, let's just enjoy these goals.
