Miley Cyrus' mom has pulled the plug on her marriage. According to TMZ, Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce from Billy Ray two years after Ray dropped his divorce filing in March 2011. But it gets worse. It looks like Miley's relationship with her father is strained. "Billy Ray Cyrus, since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?" the 20-year-old singer tweeted Ray Thursday. The court papers cite "irreconcilable differences" and Tish is asking for full physical and legal custody of their child, Noah. Sweet Home Alabama hunk Josh Lucas welcomed a new baby boy into the world this weekend. Lucas and his wife, Jessica, who is a freelance writer, confirmed the news to Us Weekly.

About three months ago on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Lucas confirmed not only his marriage but that they were expecting their first child!

He also explained to Leno that when the couple first met they encountered a mountain lion in Southern California. He said, "I started screaming and yelling and literally being as crazy as I could be, it padded off and just slowly went away and I worked my way into the trailer and got in and I decided at that moment that this woman was the woman for me."

So, what is the name of the newest addition to Lucas' family? The couple took a different route from the crazy celebrity names and named their first son Noah Rev Maurer.
