It’s payback time. Last year, Scarlett endured quite the blow to her image when nude photos, intended for then-husband Ryan Reynolds, were leaked all over the internet. The culprit: Florida-based hacker Christopher Cheney.
The hacker pleaded guilty to nine counts of computer hacking in Los Angeles yesterday, and federal prosecutors are making him pay up. According to the Los Angeles Times, a police memo requests that Cheney compensate Johansson $66,179.46 for the harm he caused to her image. Christina Aguilera, one of Cheney’s other celebrity victims, will receive $7,500.
In addition to this compensation, Cheney may have some jail time coming his way; attorneys on the case are recommending that the hacker receive a 71-month prison sentence (approximately six years).

At the time of the leak, ScarJo didn’t seem to be super fazed. "I know my best angles," she joked to Vanity Fair about the photos. "The naked pictures were sent to my husband. There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s not like I was shooting a porno. And there’s nothing wrong with that either."
Regardless of how confident the actress, 25, appeared, it’s hard to admit that a nude photo leak isn’t the slightest bit embarrassing. Maybe this incoming money will help her get over the whole situation. Thoughts?
