Listen: I've never cared for Lady Gaga, and I'm not speaking solely in terms of music, but in actual flesh composition and mammalian relative; she's self-served media finger food, and, finally, someone has made a logical comment on her being, that being her manager Troy Carter who, I'm sure, knows motorcycle face much better than you do.
At a recent interview at the Music Matters Conference, Carter responded to a question by saying that Gaga hasn't truly "made it" yet, and that she is best likened to a 200 pound toddler," which, you know, is fine with me. I'll take that.
In terms of the recent protests in Indonesia over motorcycle face's show, Carter thought he might take it a notch past the red line by comparing the whole circumstance to the crucifixion of Chris:
"It's less about Gaga than it really is what's happening in the world right now as a whole. This is a microcosm. It's a generational divide. Jesus Christ got crucified. It happens."
I'd go ahead and say that that's completely asinine, but look at it as you choose to. Carter, apparently, is a pretty well learned theologian, sociologist and philosopher. Managing Gaga must just be a way to make some cash.
