What You'll Need
3 oz. Habanero-Infused Tequila
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Habanero Lime Syrup
4 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 oz. Honey
Grained Salt (for the rim)
If you're using ready-made tequila, combine it with the pineapple juice, lime syrup, lime juice and honey. Shake well and pour over ice in a salt-rimmed glass. Add garnishes and enjoy with a friend!
If you'd rather make your own habanero-infused tequila, just slice a large habanero pepper into 1cm-wide strips. Drop the slices into your choice of tequila and put the cap back on. Let the bottle refrigerate for 1-3 days, depending on the flavor you're aiming for. After letting it sit, strain the tequila and use the habanero slices as garnish, alongside a pineapple wedge.
