There's been way too much talk about this Fifty Shades of Grey film. People are throwing out names as if the project is going into production tomorrow. From Ian Somerhalder to Selena Gomez, Alexander Skarsgard, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Nina Dobrev, Chris Pine, Emma Roberts and Lucy Hale, the list goes on and on. Sure, audiences would love to munch on some popcorn while watching any of these stars romp a little on the big screen playing Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele but there's no need to ask every single actor about it in every single interview. Somerhalder was one of the first to be asked about the Grey role and it seems as if even he wants to backtrack a little from this romanic novel bandwagon.

"OK, this Christian Grey thing has gotten out of control. Know this, Im not "desperate" to do anything except relax today. Be positive people," he tweeted Tuesday night. "Its what makes the world go round. Relax. Hating sucks. I probably wont even get to audition for the role-don't worry. Smile:)"
It seems as if the interview he once had with Ryan Seacrest took on a life of its own. It's understandable for him to say something but please Ian be desperate! We want you to be desperate! The Fifty talk gets to be too much but any talk about the Vampire Diaries star never gets old.
