There are plenty of stories stemming from last night's extravagant 2013 Billboard Music Awards—Miguel and the now-infamous drop kick, Taylor Swift's monstrous eight-trophy night (including being the evening's pick for Artist of the Year) and Justin Bieber getting booed, but it's all overshadowing the night's most crucial element: the fashion! Billboard tinted their Vegas carpet blue and sent the stars strutting in style, and while many favorites played it safe, many dolled-up celebs took fashion risks, and while we certainly celebrate the bold as much as the beautiful, it certainly mixed up our picks for the night's best looks.
