Some Holy Sh*t: Adele's "Rolling In The Deep" Brings Girl Out Of Coma

Yes, I know what you're thinking--Adele looks way too much like the artistic renditions of The Virgin Mary in the above picture, but I chose that specific photo for a reason: the British songstress might actually be a tool of divinity. Let me go into the specifics that the title implies.

Back in April, UK resident Charlotte Neve suffered a brain hemorrhage, thus leading to a coma shortly after she arrived at the hospital in Leeds. After some inspection, her mother, Leila, was told that her daughter would likely die. This is the part where Adele enters, sort of.

For whatever reason, Leila found herself singing "Rolling In The Deep," an act that would, in a sense, get stuck in Charlotte's head.

"Charlotte started smiling, and I couldn't believe it," Leila told the Telegraph. "It was the first time she had reacted to anything since the hemorrhage. The nurses were astounded and told me to keep singing, and she smiled again. The nurses said it was like I 'unlocked her' and from that day she started getting better and better."

Yes, this is like that time in Signs where everyone realized that throwing water on the aliens would kill them. If you know someone in a coma, call upon Adele.

Unconfirmed reports are coming in that rogue scientists in Finland will attempt to "Set Fire To Rain," as inspired by the singer's song.

If you're currently in a coma, just push play:
