I am very happy with this selection and believe he truly deserved it. While I thought voters would reward Luck for his intangible nature, Griffin's year was both more impressive and statistically superior. The interesting thing would be if the vote happened now, would have voters chosen Russell Wilson? This was a remarkable year with rookie offensive talent. In any year, any of the three quarterbacks would have been deserving. In many years, Alfred Morris and Doug Martin would have been favorites as well.
