I want my MTV! hahaha

I forgot my phone at home the other day...

and I literally felt lost. I couldn't get emails, tweets, nothing on my way to and from work. I was panicking and stressing out. How sad is that? Anyone else feel like we're becoming TOO reliant on technology?
