He is most famous for his modern Peruvian Cuisine but has worked with a plethora of chef's, whom specialities stem from French to Pan - Asian cuisine. With each restaurant venture, great ratings, better sales, and longer wait - lists are bound to follow. He uses the history of his home, Peru, with new and exciting techniques to ensure a great food experience.
