The Simpsons twenty-fourth season finale, "The Saga of Carl Carlson," will feature Icelandic post-rock heroes Sigur Rós, who will both appear in the episode (animated, of course) and contribute new music to the two-part episode, airing May 19 on Fox. Follow Sigur Rós on Ology for all the latest news, reviews, leaks, rumors, videos, tour dates, features, fan events and more According to Consequence Of Sound, "the two-part finale follows the too-smart-for-his-own-good Carl Carlson (of Lenny and Carl fame) on a trip to his native Iceland (he’s and African-Icelandic-American after all)." “Had no idea Electric Six is releasing an album this year, made my day. No idea what's album of the year but would love to see Deltron 3030, Wu Tang Clan, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, The Glitch Mob, Suicidal Tendencies, or Five Finger Death Punch turn out better than expected. All the big names are basically destined for commercial success at least.”
