It's been one hell of an emotional rollercoaster for the stars of MTV's Teen Mom. We've watched Farrah, Maci, Amber and Catelynn grow from abruptly pregnant high school students to hardworking adults and mothers. And through all the tears and drama, we couldn't help but connect with Farrah as she struggled to get along with her mom, balance school and work, and deal with the death of her daughter Sophia's father.
I recently caught up with Farrah to talk about her last season of the show and what we can expect to see! Will she find the right guy? Find out below!

Hi Farrah! So the last season is almost here! What can we expect to see with your story?
You can expect to see me mature and grow. I begin to understand what I want out of my life for both Sophia and myself. You really have to watch and see!
So, you've known the other girls for a few years now. Who are you closest to?
All of my cast members and I live in different states, have different schedule, so it's hard to keep in touch, but we all get along.
Are you working as a chef or focusing more on modeling right now?
I can’t choose just one! Right now, I'm focusing on opening my first restaurant. However, I also love modeling and of course, being a great mother to Sophia!
You've managed to stay out of trouble (unlike a lot of teen mothers/your costars). What keeps you grounded and focused on your daughter?
My daughter keeps me grounded! I am a role model for Sophia and all my actions will impact her life and the way she acts in the future. Right now, I’m focusing on my daughter as much as possible, before she’s becomes too cool to get kisses from me. I’m also focusing on my education which keeps me busy and provides structure in my life. Anything that can get me in trouble is something I don’t want to be involved with.
A lot of fans want to know -- will we see any guys in your life on the upcoming season? What are your dealbreakers when it comes to a relationship?
You might see me date... I will say dating is very hard! I have a lot of dealbreakers and my standards are very high. I really appreciate a man who shares the same value system as me. Right now, my focus is Sophia and I’ll continue waiting for the man that measures up!
Sophia is getting so big! What's the best part about being a mother? Has she hit any big milestones recently?
To me, the best part about being a mother is how much joy and meaning Sophia brings to my life. Sophia is very independent so I love to see her cooking on her own; she really loves playing with food.
If you had to pick one thing about your life that was captured by the cameras that you wish wasn't, what would it be and why?
It was really hard seeing myself getting angry with others. I’ve learned how to better control my emotions and approach difficult situations calmly and with a level-head. However, it is reality TV and the show portrays the real situations in my life. Whether they’re good or bad the cameras are there. I think it’s really important to continually work on myself and use the show as an opportunity for self-improvement.
