Didn't get a chance to see "The Man Who Stole A Leopard" on stage last fall? I've got some news that should make you cherry ice cream smile—Duran Duran have announced a second leg of U.S. tour dates in support of their Mark Ronson-produced return to stylistic form, All You Need Is Now. The band just wrapped up a string of dates of Australia and will be jetting around South America this summer, but you'll be able so spot the Fab Five (minus one) stateside starting August 8.
Check out my review of their recent gig at Cleveland, Ohio's State Theatre and then peep the August U.S. dates below:
Aug. 8 - Saratoga, CA (Venue TBA)
Aug. 9 - Saratoga, CA (Venue TBA)
Aug. 12 - Tuscon, AZ (Venue TBA)
Aug. 15 - Catoosa, OK (Venue TBA)
Aug. 17 - Memphis, TN (Memphis Botanical Gardens)
Aug. 18 - Biloxi, MS (Hard Rock Hotel & Casino)

It's great to see the boys playing so many shows this time around—seriously, if you're a fan of their classic songs (think pre-Seven and the Ragged Tiger), do your self a major favor and check out All You Need Is Now. (Spotify users can and should listen right here.) Not only do the new songs fit perfectly alongside "Girls On Film", "Rio" and "Hungry Like The Wolf," some of them got an even bigger crowd reaction than the old hits when I saw them last. True story.
Any else catch Duran Duran on tour this past year? Planning to see them in August? Let us know in the comments section below and, if you haven't already, connect with other Duran maniacs on our exclusive DuranOlogy.
