Matthew Fox is being sued for attacking a bus driver last month. And I thought Sawyer was the bad boy...
Party bus driver Heather Bormann is suing the former LOST star for over $25k for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. According to her statement, Fox attacked her "with his fists, delivering sudden and severe blows to her right breast,
groin, arm and legs, inflicting severe, disabling injury." Homegirl also had some self-inflicted damage -- after punching Fox in the head and face, she hurt her fingers and hands.
Alright, I get the assault and battery, but I didn't realize you could sue someone for thousands of dollars for "intentional infliction of emotional distress." I don't think Fox was trying to hurt her feelings when he was attacking her... Still, I'm surprised she's not asking for more!
