Amanda Bynes has been arrested, and don't you dare act as if you're surprised. Late Thursday night, the 27-year-old was taken in after law enforcement was called in for a report of a disorderly person. But, it gets worse. When the police arrive to her Midtown 47th Street apartment, the actress threw her bong out the window. According to a local NBC news station, Bynes has been charfed with physical position of marijuana, reckless endangerment, and tampering with evidence. She allegedly may be taken to Roosevelt Hospital for "psychiatric evaluation" soon too.   "There was a smell of marijuana and a bong in the apartment, at which point Bynes picked up and threw out the window," NYPD adds. "She did not resist arrest. All of the One Direction guys probably had an amazing time at the VMAs. After all, they did an amazing performance and took home all three awards they were nominated for. But one guy in particular had a great night – Niall Horan! He started off the night hanging out backstage with Zayn Malik and Justin Bieber. Justin tweeted the pic of the three singers, along with “chillin with the homes.” Niall reteweeted it and added “hell yeah.” After the show, Justin and Niall decided cook together and made noodles at 2 a.m., but Justin wasn't hungry. Niall explained “They were good but he wouldn't aet them, so I ate his too! 2 bowls! #hardasnails.” And of course, Niall got a surprise kiss from superstar Katy Perry! She wasn't shy about it either – she kissed him full-on on the lips. Niall accepted the award, and said “Wow! Thank you very much Katy, thanks for the kiss!” He later tweeted a pic of their smooch, writing “@katyperry looks like it's official...me and you.” She tweeted back “I'll be your Mrs. Robinson” (an older woman who seduces a younger guy in The Graduate). Niall responded “@katyperry and here's to u Mrs. Robinson. I guess I can deal with that.” A kiss on the lips from Katy Perry and a guys night in with Justin Bieber, it looks like Niall definitely enjoyed his time at the VMAs!
