It’s no surprise that Miley Cyrus is making headlines again. But this time it isn’t for her fashion statements, Twitter rage or recent engagement. The 19-year-old is causing a stir after claiming she didn’t have money to pay for her In-N-Out Burger in Studio City, California.
According to WWTDD.com, Cyrus "claims she forgot her cash and credit cards as she pulls up to the drive through at In and Out Burger. She explains to the attendant she has no money so he gives her the food at no cost." Talk about using your celebrity status, Miley.

We wanted to give Miley the benefit of the doubt but she isn’t helping her case. She "was seen buying gas right before her In and Out trip, showing she did have access to money." After eating her free (stolen?) meal, Miley waited outside the liquor store for her friend.
Another interesting part of the story? Miley had open bleeding sores on her face. What’s the deal Miley? You’ve got a lot of explaining to do. And don’t worry, if the police have any doubts, they’ve got the photograph of her pulling up to retrieve the food to prove it!
